This channel is by Thor Oliversen from Norway and is about the hunt for great guitar tone. A creative, DIY, self-taught approach to find and utilise available gizmos to get there. It would only be fair to mention that I lean towards Rhythm & Blues, Soul, Blues, Rock and Jazz genres so my preferences in tone will be from what you normally find there. E-mail: guitarsgizmos@gmail.com You'll also find me at an Instagram account with the same name as this Youtube channel.

Currently I am studying architectural technology in Denmark. Used to play piano a lot, but since I had to move few times recently to start a life on my own (living alone since 18 y.o.)m couldn't play very often. Actually last time I played piano was on Christmas holiday while visiting family. And that was the reason I wanted to learn playing guitar so I could take it with me. And thats what I am successfully doing right now. I do lots of sports, play computer games (which I am not proud of :D) and some other stuff as most of the students do, which is lots of drinking :)
