I also needed the music to help me sleep at night. To my surprise, others seem to like them as well and I started getting requests to share other types of relaxing videos! Since then, I've had teachers email me, saying they love to play my music in their classrooms for their students. Those that practice meditation and yoga love the music to bring them into the relaxed state for inner reflection. College students use these videos and music to study by. Parents play the music in the background to help sooth an anxious child, or to help their children to sleep. I've even had pet owners tell me the music helps to calm their active fur-babies! Whatever your reason, music has been shown to help lower blood pressure and bring an overall sense of peace.
