Yaacob González García Born in Barcelona on February 15, 1985. He is currently a multi-instrumentalist. He started his classical guitar studies at the age of 7. At the age of 12, he began his Violin studies at the Liceu Superior Conservatory of Music, with maestro Evelio Tiélez. At the age of 22, he finished his higher level studies at the Pablo Sarasate Music Conservatory in the city of Pamplona, ​​Spain. In 2012/13 he began his studies in India in Hindustani classical music with Sitar until today with the famous teacher Radhakrishna, a direct disciple of Ravi Shankar in the city of Bangalore, Karnataka state. and with Professor Vijay Gonahalu Direct disciple of Pandit Arvin Parik disciple of Ustad Vilayat Khan. The last job done where he feels with pleasure and takes care e of his presence is for the multinational Celebrity Cruises (Edge) belonging to Royal Caribbean in the Eden shows where he wishes to continue offering his services as a Sitarist.

I took a few years of guitar lessons from 10-13 years old. I didn't touch the guitar again until I was 22. I would practice intensely for a year or two and then not touch it for 4-5 years. This time I wanted to document my progress and creativity while I was practicing a lot. I got 8 months in this go round before burning out and resenting it again. I try way too hard.. Want some advice? Don't try so hard. Don't care too much. Don't hang on so tight... Don't place all of your self worth and value as a person in your guitar playing. It will eat you alive! Anyways....I will make more videos at some point. I just need to take a break and miss it again.
