Chord Sheet Version History Improvements

The current chord sheet system already supports versioning, so users can choose to overwrite or save as a new version and view/edit previous versions from the dashboard.

This feature request is for improving or rethinking how version history is surfaced or interacted with. Possibilities could include:

-- Showing version timestamps or labels (e.g. "v1: Original", "v3: Capo version")
-- Option to add notes when saving a new version
-- Cleaner interface for browsing or restoring past versions

Just smoother UX for working with versions already saved.
