Allow Users to Submit String Gauge Sets per Tuning

Add a way for users to submit their own string gauge sets for a given tuning.
This would help build a community-sourced reference for what works well, especially for unusual tunings or alternate scale lengths.

Could include:

-- Gauge for each string
-- Optional notes (e.g. "Works great on a 25.5" scale" or "Drop C on 10–52 set")
-- Display most-used sets per tuning (eventually)

Would pair nicely with a tension calculator or gauge suggestion tool in the future.
