Martin Authentic Acoustic Superior Performance (SP); the flagship, and the coveted king of acoustic guitar strings. These strings are made by the top acoustic guitar brand in the world, ie., we know what their ‘MO’ is!

Martin SP strings are made in their own dedicated strings factory in Navojoa, Mexico. Their quality control is flawless with every set coming out just a good as the last, and then packed in modern, long shelf-life ‘flow’ foil wrappers.

The core of each string is high-tensile steel for strength and power which is tin-plated to add corrosion resistance. This gives all sets (whether phosphor or 80/20 bronze) bold and powerful fundamental tones which genuinely enhance any acoustic guitar we’ve tried them on. Premium bronze alloys are used for the wrap wire at specific ratios to provide the best acoustic tone possible for your guitar.
