I'm not a professional performer, but just a guy who loves the 5-string banjo. I play clawhammer, up-picking, and other 2- and 3-finger, pre-bluegrass picking styles. I've been playing banjo and old-time music for 50+ years, and I want to give back to and sustain the tradition that has been a constant thread in my life. My videos here, random as they might be, are part of that giving back and sustenance. I also teach banjo at reasonable rates, both in-person (pre-Covid) and through Zoom.
