This originally started out as a Ukulele site... but it has morphed to include some Scuba Diving Videos and also some other random instruments like a Concertina and a Mountain Dulcimer.
These music videos are pretty basic and straight forward.
They are simply recorded on an ipad2 or iphone 4s and launched generally without any sound editing or frills except for some reverb. It's kind of like busking really. They are just recorded live somewhere and posted to hopefully encourage someone out there to enjoy the simple, but quite lovely sound of a 'uke'. Its an instrument that can kind of cover a lot of ground from Coldplay, Ball Park Music, Billy Joel, Cold Chisel, Metric and Elbow to Jazz swing classics and Missy Higgins. Easily transportable, a generous community and a sweet sound that even native birds seem to enjoy. " Music self played is happiness self made"
I have added lyrics, chords and occassionaly TAB outlines to a few songs.
