Ambient Energy Relaxation is about creating relaxation music to help reduce stress and anxiety through encouraging deep relaxation and meditation. In addition to helping with stress and anxiety through deep relaxation and deep sleep music, the work can also be used as background music to help concentration in work and study.
This music is influenced by many styles from around the World, but I'm trying to stay away from the typical New Age ambient style and do something different to the other channels. I find that this music has a very soothing and healing effect when I'm making it. I hope that you also find this when listening.
