Andrey Stolyarov is a Russian-born American composer, conductor, singer, and educator. Andrey’s recent achievements in composition include numerous festival appearances, several major awards and nominations, as well as multiple national and international premieres. Andrey is currently serving as an adjunct professor of music theory at The Hartt School of Music, Dance, and Theater. He is Co-director of The Hartford New Music Festival, Director of Music at West Avon Congregational Church in Avon Congregational Church in Avon, CT, and is a private instructor of voice in Southington, CT. When Andrey is not composing, conducting, or teaching, he is an active professional singer in the Greater Hartford and New Haven areas, currently performing with CONCORA, Voce, and The Composers Choir.
