Subha Sampath is a Carnatic music vocalist and performing artiste based in Bangalore, India
Subha has passed the 9-year senior level Diploma "Sangeeta Vidya Praveena” in Carnatic Vocal music from Bharatiya Music and Arts Society, Mumbai. She has undergone advanced music training under Sangeeta Vidwan Sri A S Panchapakesa Iyer, Sangeeta Kala Acharya Smt. T. R. Balamani and Smt. Meenakshi Ananthakrishnan. She is a senior disciple of Sangeetha Kala Ratna, Sangeetha Kala Acharya Guru Neela Ramgopal, in Bangalore since 1995.
She has won many prizes in various music competitions including the prestigious Tambura award from the Shanmukhananda Fine Arts And Sangeetha Sabha, Mumbai.
An All India Radio graded artiste, she has been giving public performances in India and abroad. .
She also teaches Carnatic vocal music to a number of students.
A graduate in Biochemistry and PG in Medical Technology, has worked in Biotech Research.
