Rooh Rang is a musical initiative to extend the reach of Hindustani music tradition of the port towns of Malabar to the public. Conceived by Roshan Haris from Koothuparamba in Kannur district of Kerala, it envisions bringing out classical concerts, creative compositions, mehfils and conceptual fusions to music lovers. Roshan embarked on his musical quest under the tutelage of Abba Haris Bhai, his father, at the age of three. His musical career extends from early childhood performances at the ashram of Guru Nitya Chaitanya Yati to several accompaniment and solo performances in India and abroad. He has marked his presence as a music composer in film industry also. This channel presents special performances as well as other musical productions from Rooh Rang.
